=/ im gonna sound like the biggest annoying person ever, but im greatly disappointed in the winners (not all but a few), there were quite a few amvs entered that excelled the winners in technique, effects, interpretation and basic production, the winners weren't terrible, on their own they are great amvs, however there were other amvs in the contest that were better and i could back up as to why they were better, so im just disappointed =/ this is the first time i've ever looked into a amv contest at a convention so i guess i just had high hopes and was disappointed , again i sound like the biggest jerk ever but its what i've been thinking ever since the winners were announced so i wanted to make my opinion known
sorry for being such a jerk >< ill go back to lurking in the photos

(please dont yell at me or get defensive i really mean no harm to anyone)

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.  Don't feel sorry for stating yours.  ^^  I hear you and take no offense to it.  I was just happy with the positive reaction when my video played, it will inspire me to learn more tricks and make more videos.  Winning was just an added bonus. :D  Congrats to everyone who won!  You all made some great videos!  Here's mine:

Title: Children of Revelation
Song/Artist: "The Children Sing" - Story of the Year
Anime: Evangelion 1.0 and 2.0

Favorite Anime: Fall 2011 - The Future Diary(Mirai Nikki)

I really loved Magica.
I want to show a friend it, but am unable to locate it anywhere.
Does anyone have a link?

A little bit sad I didn't win ^^; but I saw the winning videos this year, so maybe my style just wasn't the best for this sort of contest. I'll try again next year, and try and use full songs instead of ripping them up XD That was probably a big factor, because all the winners used full songs and I sliced mine 0.0 plus I think one of the songs cussed even though I tried to echo it out

Great job to the winners!
If there isn't already a topic for people who want to get better, there should be XD I'd love to be able to have editors  help each other with editing so that way next year will turn out even more awesome!!!

Part of a Madoka AMV was accidentally shown. It wasn't one of the winners, but I'd like to see the whole thing. It used a Florence and the Machine song. Does anyone know which one I'm talking about?
